At Azure we offer delicious, nutritious vegetable based cuisine as a part of our retreat packages.

Your retreat package includes three meals a day – breakfast, lunch and supper – as well as drinks. Our menu has been carefully curated by our in house chef Michelle. During your stay with us you will be served wholesome vegetarian food that nourishes your body.

But don’t worry, we haven’t scrimped on flavour! In fact, the dishes are so popular we’ve lost count of the time Michelle has been asked to write a cookbook. (If you ask her nicely she might just let slip a few of her recipe secrets.) All our ingredients are locally sourced, organic and delicious. We even grow some of our own produce on site.

Healthy Breakfasts

Breakfasts are traditionally Turkish with jams, honey, olives and a variety of cheeses, fruit and vegetables, and a selection of wholemeal breads and pastries.

Nutritious Lunches

Homemade soup are served every day for lunch served with delicious local bread.

Evening Dinner

  • Red lentil curry served with brown rice and homemade wholemeal garlic and coriander naan.
  • Stuffed peppers,stuffed with spiced rice served with garlic and thyme potatoes and yoghurt.
  • Pesto pasta served with chargrilled vegetables.
  • Seasonal vegetarian and vegan food daily freshly cooked.
